Rates:​

• Two adults (18+) per site, additional persons (14+) $5.00 daily - Maximum 6 people per site.

• One RV and one vehicle, additional vehicles, boats, quads etc. $5.00 daily - Subject to space availability.  Seasonal vehicle rates will be $25.00 per month for an additional vehicle

• 30 amp service, non-potable water, free excellent quality wifi, picnic table, bocce ball and horseshoe pit, (sewer pump out service upon request - Reliable Septic - advance notice required)

• Winter storage is available October 1 - March 30, $50.00 per month (no services)

Deposits:

• Reservations require a deposit of $150.00 per week booked or the cost of the site if less than $150.00.  Monthly reservations require $300.00 (available May, June and September only).

• Seasonal reservations require a deposit of $ 500.00.  Upon arrival $2500.00 plus additional vehicle rate is due, June 1st the balance of $800.00 for lower sites and $1500 for upper large pull through site is due.

• RV rentals require a deposit of $250.00 in advance and remainder plus a cleaning fee of $65.00 on arrival.

Cancellations:​

• Daily Cancellations:

  • More than 14 days prior to arrival date, an administration fee of $25.00 is withheld

  • 7 – 14 days prior to arrival date, a fee of $50.00 is withheld

  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival date, the full deposit is withheld, no refunds after arrival

• Weekly Cancellations:

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival date, an administration fee of $50.00 is withheld​

  • 14 - 30 days prior to arrival date, a fee of $75.00 is withheld

  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival date, the full deposit is withheld, no refunds after arrival

• Monthly cancellations:

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival date, an admistration fee of $75.00 is withheld​

  • 14-30 days prior to arrival date, a fee of $100.00 is held

  • Less than 14 days prior to arrival the full deposit is withheld

• Seasonal Cancellations:

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival date, an administration fee of $200.00 is withheld

  • Less than 30 days prior to arrival date, an administration fee of $500.00 is withheld, no refunds after arrival

Note:  Once arrived at our park for your visit, there will be no refunds for leaving prior to your confirmed booking dates.

Rules:​

• Check-in time 12:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m. Note:  If a longer stay is required and if site available (please inquire with management), the rate is $10.00 per hour.  Late arrivals will be charged additional $10.00

• Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

• Dogs:

  • Well behaved dogs with a responsible owner are permitted (subject to breed restrictions - Please ask when booking)

  • Excessive noise, not picking up after your dog, or allowing your dog to roam off leash could result in you being asked to leave the park without a refund

• Propane fire pits are permitted, wood burning fires are permitted in designated areas only

• No BBQ's on picnic tables

• In addition to the RV itself, the Guest is allowed to park one vehicle

• No parking on the grass

• No oil changing or major vehicle repairs allowed in park

• Serenity RV Park reserves the right to move a guest’s reservation to a different site within the park, if we find such a move is necessary

• Serenity RV Park reserves the right to refuse entry without refund of deposit for any reservation that is made involving false claims when booking e.g. Number of guests and unit type

• Guests will be held liable for any loss or damage of property while moving into or out of a site

• Generators are not allowed without prior approval from management

• Garbage should be enclosed in plastic bags which are tied, prior to placing in garbage cans

• Absolutely no laundry hanging from RV's or trees

• No visitor parking - all visitors to park any vehicle at the community centre parking lot nearby unless approved
